Lufthansa wins 44.9% TAP stake for €1.2bn over Air France-KLM

Lufthansa will pay €1.2bn for a 44.9% stake in Portugal's TAP after the Portuguese government selected its bid.
The Portuguese government chose Lufthansa over an offer from Air France-KLM for the TAP stake.
